How subscriptions work
Subscriptions are automatically renewed according to the delivery interval you have chosen, and products will be delivered automatically by the store after each successful renewal.
For example, if you have a monthly subscription, the system will automatically charge your credit card each month, and we will ship your product directly to you.
Receive your product every x periods (depending on the selected interval), with a minimum commitment of two payments . Once these two payments have been made, you can cancel freely at any time.
The subscription then renews automatically according to the chosen interval, until you decide to cancel it.

Can I pause or cancel a subscription?
Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel a subscription at any time from the customer portal, as shown in the screenshot below.
The only situation where the subscription cannot be canceled immediately is before making the two minimum required payments.
The customer portal is accessible via the magic link you received in the email sent when you initially ordered your subscription in the store. You can also access your subscriptions by creating an account in the store.
Can I add products to my subscription?
Of course. You can add products to your subscription from the customer portal. Simply click the Edit button in the product sheet, then add, edit, or remove products from your subscription.
What happens if the payment cannot be processed?
If the subscription cannot be renewed because a payment cannot be processed, you will receive an email with a link where you can securely update your payment method.
