Our History
Procafetière.ca is a family-owned company based in Varennes, Quebec, that ships orders across Canada. Our mission is to offer the best service when it comes to coffee, coffee makers, and repairs.
Benoit started Procafetière in 2016 with a grand vision for his company. He foresaw the booming coffee industry in the coming years and was considered a visionary at the time. Benoit's brother, Martin, joined him after completing training with the best in coffee machine repair. He helped the company build its reputation for technical service thanks to his expertise and ability to find solutions to any problem.
In 2021, his daughter Léa, a business administration student at ESG UQAM, joined the company with the goal of taking it over upon graduation. It was at this time that the first version of the website was launched.
Today, we are proud to offer you a new website that provides an improved experience. Benoit, Martin, and Léa collaborate with new employees, forming a close-knit team dedicated to listening to its clients.
We are a local company that is growing rapidly, and that's thanks to you, our valued customers.
Our beginnings
In the first months, our displays only had a few machines. Several years later, we are able to offer you a wide variety of coffee machines, but above all quality products.
After so many years of hard work, we are proud to welcome you to one of the most complete boutiques in Quebec.

We have been through the fire, a test that has tested our strength and resilience. Although this difficult period has left us with marks, we are recovering. We are still available to our customers thanks to a temporary location (see address on Google).
Every day, we make progress towards rebuilding, transforming challenges into opportunities to move forward. Although the road remains long, we are determined to rebuild and move forward.

After almost a year in temporary premises, we are back in a warm and inspiring place that finally reflects who we are.
