Shipping Policy

DELIVERY IS FREE FOR ALL ORDERS OVER $75 IN QUEBEC AND OVER $150 FOR THE REST OF CANADA.

For all orders of less of $75, delivery costs are $12 in Quebec.

For all orders of less of $150, the delivery costs are $17 to the following provinces: Ontario, Manitoba, New Brunswick and Saskatchewan.

For all orders of less of $150, the delivery costs are $22 for the rest of Canada.

For all orders in the United States, shipping costs are between $20 and $25.

*Additional charges may apply depending on your geographic location (more remote areas*) .

We will contact you if the amount of the delivery charges varies, to obtain your agreement.

*DELIVERY ZONE EXCEPTIONS

Free shipping offers apply to Canada only, with the following exceptions:

Some remote areas cannot be served by air shipping. In these cases, free shipping is not available and additional shipping charges may apply. If additional shipping costs are required for your order, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to pay the additional costs or cancel your order. If no response is provided within 48 hours, your order may be automatically cancelled.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are on average prepared and shipped within 24 hours (working days) of receipt of the order.
Delivery is on average between 24 and 72 hours on working days.

PICK UP IN STORE

Orders can be collected directly in store, during opening hours.

Wait to receive the pickup confirmation by email.

Go directly to the store, give us your name and specify that you ordered online.

Return policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not fully meet your expectations. That is why we offer a return policy to ensure you have a satisfactory shopping experience. Please read the conditions below carefully before making a return:

1. 25% Return Fee

  • For any return, a handling fee equal to 25% of the value of the product will be deducted from the refunded amount.

2. Products Used

  • No returns will be accepted for products that have been used or show signs of use.

3. Unused Products

  • Only exchanges are accepted for unused products. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

4. Return Procedure

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service. You will need to provide your order number and a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued once the returned product has been inspected and approved. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing upon receipt of returned product.

6. Product Condition

  • The returned product must be in its original condition, with all original accessories and packaging included. Any damaged or incomplete product will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

7. Exceptions

  • Sale or clearance items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.
