- Average turnaround time: Generally less than a week if the repair is done on-site. Warranty periods may vary depending on the circumstances.
Brands that we know and understand in depth
We work with all brands, but here is some specific information:
- Lelit, Saeco, Philips, DeLonghi, Jura, Bellucci, Rancilio, Simonelli, Rocket, Avanti, Stone, KitchenAid ( KF6,KF7 and KF8 only ) and Gaggia
Brands that are difficult to repair:
- Breville: Most models are not repairable due to a lack of available parts. We can sometimes help with pump problems—please contact us before bringing your Breville into the store.
- Nespresso, Keurig, and other capsule machines: these machines are generally not worth repairing. Furthermore, spare parts are practically impossible to find for this type of coffee maker.
- Ninja, Cuisinart, Black & Decker, Master Chef, Bosch and others, sold in large stores: these coffee makers are very often irreparable due to the unavailability of parts.
Basic pricing

Diagnostic: $75 + tax, non-refundable, but deductible from the total repair cost if it is carried out or if you purchase a new machine from us.
- Our technicians' rate is $80 per hour , plus the cost of any parts replaced.
- Full service: between $100 and $250, depending on the model and the complexity of the task
- Repairs with parts: prices vary depending on the model and parts needed
Guarantee
3-month warranty on repairs carried out only (parts and labor).
