Faro - Sumatra Blend
The cup is characterized by a round, sweet, peppery, slightly grassy and earthy body with a finish in the mouth that caresses the taste of a good old creamy balsamic vinegar. An almost perfect balance between acidity and bitterness emanates from these coffees when they are roasted according to the rules of the art of controlled artisanal cooking. The Catimor, one of the most prized varieties of the region, offers a cup very different from the general profile of the Sumatran terroir with more caramelized aromas of ripe fruits, figs and grapes.
