MULTI-BOILER SYSTEM, TRIPLE TEMPERATURE CONTROL
With a separate coffee boiler and a brewing unit precisely temperature-controlled by its own PID system, fed with water preheated by our steam boiler exchanger, the Ace ensures perfect precision for all your coffees. All these parameters are adjustable to offer perfect brewing temperatures for coffees of different origins or roast profiles.
SOFT INFUSION
This system allows you to replicate the extraction profile of a lever machine while ensuring the consistency of a pump-operated machine. Our proprietary patented system ensures that the barista can fully moisten the coffee cake under low pressure. The result is an incredibly consistent extraction and a full-bodied espresso with a better flavor on the palate.
SMALL & POWERFUL
Despite its compact size, the Ace has the capacity of a multi-boiler! It is equipped with a 2.75 L steam boiler and a 0.9 L coffee boiler. The ability to use our power management system allows you to increase or decrease energy consumption according to your needs.
