Double kettle

Elizabeth has two independent kettles, one for coffee, the other for steam. This system designed to guarantee greater thermal stability allowing to prepare coffee while using steam simultaneously, with a reduced heating time.

Programmable parameters

The LELIT Control Center (LCC) with graphic display allows you to program a pre-infusion time, an infusion time, an automatic purge and to select the temperature unit. It is possible to use the automatic cleaning cycle of the coffee group, activate the standby mode and deactivate the steam kettle. The display also indicates the extraction time as well as the temperature of the coffee, hot water and steam. In addition, it signals the lack of water in the tank and automatically activates the 'reserve mode'.
