Eureka Mignon Specialita 55 Mill
With its Italian styling, near-silent grinding and exceptional durability, the Eureka Mignon Specialita has quickly become a barista favorite flat burr espresso grinder. Speciality is the newest and most premium version of the Mignon series. The grinder is compact and suitable for various brewing methods, from espresso to French press, and provides a uniform grind.
An intuitive touch screen makes every operation extremely easy. You can quickly set the dose, program a single and double dose and grind coffee continuously. The display also shows a dose counter.
The hands-free fork fits every portafilter. Place the portafilter on it and push it forward to activate the button that starts grinding.
To adjust the grind size, simply turn the micrometric adjustment knob. Although it is continuous, it has a scale, which makes the whole process much easier.
The grinding is precise and consistent. The most important element here is the 55mm hardened steel burr. The result is around 1.4-1.8g/s when grinding for espresso and 1.9-2.5g/s with a coarser setting.
