Suggested instructions for use:
Hot drink:
Mix 3 tablespoons (38 g) of the mix into 8 fl oz of hot water and stir well. For a creamier drink, replace the water with hot milk.
Cold drink:
Place 3 tablespoons (38 g) of the mix in a protein shaker or cocktail shaker. Add 2 fl oz of hot water and stir well. Then add 6 fl oz of very cold water and shake vigorously. Pour into a glass and add a few ice cubes. For a creamier drink, replace the water with milk.
