The new Mozzafiato

(“Mozzafiato” means “breathtaking” in English) marks the stylistic and functional evolution of a machine that embodies Rocket’s passion for design, coffee and cycling.

With its new features, this machine is ideal for creating a unique coffee experience at home.
Carefully designed to heat up quickly, it allows for much faster start-up than previous models.

Every detail of the new Mozzafiato has been meticulously thought out. In collaboration with designer Valerio Cometti + V12 Design , we have optimized the dimensions of the Mozzafiato to improve its ergonomics, achieving perfect proportions and a silhouette that evokes both solidity and quality.

PHILOSOPHY OF DESIGN

The Mozzafiato range draws its inspiration from a source as unexpected as it is original: the iconic roof bars of vintage vehicles.

Its die-cast sides showcase exceptional build quality, with shapes inspired by legendary vehicles such as 1980s Volvo estates, as well as renowned off-roaders like the Land Rover Defender and Toyota Land Cruiser .

The heart of the machine

The new coffee group, already introduced in the Appartamento TCA line, integrates perfectly with the clean lines of the new Mozzafiato body, embodying a truly coherent design philosophy.

Form and function

As with all Rocket machines, the work area is ergonomically designed to support the barista's natural movements, ensuring perfect harmony between form and function.

• Display and dual pressure gauge
  The two pressure gauges and the extraction counter display underline the advanced functionality of the new Mozzafiato.

• Steam and water taps
  The minimalist and precise design of the new taps reflects the dispensing performance of the Mozzafiato, in a look that harmonizes with the entire Rocket range.

Hidden Detail (Easter Egg)

As a testament to the attention to detail in developing the new Mozzafiato range—and as a tribute to our dedicated team—a small Easter egg has been hidden in the cup warmer area.

TECHNOLOGY

The new Mozzafiato R and Mozzafiato V are not just about remarkable design.
They incorporate a full range of new features to ensure perfect in-cup results, quickly and easily.

Built for speed

The coffee group embodies robustness, reliability and speed, thanks to rapid heating technology allowing a first extraction in just 12 minutes on average after switching on.

The machine now has a color indicator informing the user when it is ready.

OLED screen

The new Mozzafiato is equipped with an OLED screen allowing you to:

1. Show extraction times

2. Manage various machine information and parameters (boiler temperature, group temperature)

3. Monitor operating errors

Features

Thanks to a brand new electronic system developed by Rocket, the new Mozzafiato can manage:

1. Sleep mode (power saving) — disabled or enabled after 30 min (default: 30 min)

2. Boiler working pressure with temperature-based adjustment (PID technology)

3. Tank level sensor sensitivity (high: 1 MΩ / medium: 400 kΩ / low: 150 kΩ – default: low) — technician only

4. The sensitivity of the boiler level probe (high: 1 MΩ / medium: 400 kΩ / low: 150 kΩ – default: low) — reserved for the technician

5. The brightness level of the RGB LED indicator (10% – 20% – 50% – 100%, default: 10%) — for technician use only

Three programming buttons are located behind the collection bin.
The machine also has a USB port, accessible only by a technician by removing the side panel or the cup warmer, used for performing software updates.
